Here’s what’s new in the latest update — and yes, it’s a good one.
Gameplay Fixes
They finally fixed that super annoying visual bug where the block breaking animation kept going even after pausing the game. Now, when you pause — it actually pauses. Clean.
Mob Behavior & Vanilla Parity
Endermen just got a serious upgrade.
They can now pick up all blocks, and even better —> they now know exactly where to place them. Yep, actual intelligence. (You can even force them to carry something using commands)
Foxes can now pick up non-stackable items. But they won’t wear armor anymore — they’ll just carry it .
Bogged mobs can now spawn as Spider Jockeys in swamps. !
And sadly… you can no longer put leads on angry, untamed wolves . Minecraft just got slightly easier.
Graphics & Visuals
Visual upgrades! End Crystal and Beacon beam animations are smoother and way better looking.
(Goodbye, old beacon glow — I won't miss you.)
Weather now affects lighting more realistically. Rainy day? Expect moodier vibes.
The hilarious bug where leads came out of your forehead , GONE.
Oh, and Graphics Mode and Render Distance settings have been moved to the top of the video settings menu.
(Please stop rearranging stuff, Minecraft… we’re creatures of habit.)
